Delivery Information

For addresses within the UK mainland, we aim to deliver your goods to you within 3 working days if you order before midday Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays). Please allow 7 days from receipt of your order. Items are dispatched using royal mail recorded delivery therefore a signature is required for the package.

We will do our upmost to ensure you receive your package in time, however, we can not be held responsible for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control ie: postal strikes. We are happy to deliver to a work or other chosen address given when placing order.

Delivery is charged at £2.50 for the first item with an additional 75p per extra item, to a maximum of £4.75. However, if the total value of the goods you order exceeds £60, then postage and packing is FREE of charge. Please ensure you select the free delivery option when checking out if applicable.

International Delivery

Items are dispatched using International Signed For Delivery and therefore someone will be required to sign for the package. This does cost more but it guarantees a safer arrival of your goods. Orders are sent out within 3 days. As per UK mainland deliveries we can not be held responsible for delay in deliveries in circumstances outside of our control.

Within Europe, shipping is charged at £6.20
The Rest of the World shipping is charged at charged at £8.00.

Import Duty and VAT For Deliveries Outside of the EU

You are responsible for any import duty/ taxes levied on your goods, for countries outside of the EU. Please contact your local customs office for additional information. These are charges are beyond our control.

General Information

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when placing your order. Please take extra care when entering these details, as we cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect. We will not be able to accept responsibility for lost or stolen items if at your request they have been left somewhere unsigned. We do prefer however that ALL packages are signed for.

In the unusual event that an item is lost in transit please contact our customer services :enquiries@schmoomin.com or on T: 01903 536 742 quoting your order number and full delivery address and we will investigate the issue.
