Prices

All prices shown are in Pounds Sterling. We welcome overseas customers but please ensure payment is made in Pounds Sterling and not any other currency. Prices do not include the cost of postage and packing. We are not responsible for taxes or duty levied outside of the EU.

All orders through the website are processed with Paypal, you do not need a Paypal account to order and all major debit and credit cards are accepted. With Industry-leading fraud prevention expertise and 24/7 transaction monitoring, paying through Paypal is easy and safe.

Please take extra care when entering your details like full address, postcode and e-mail address, incomplete details will delay the order.

We would happily accept any returns made within 7 working days after the day you receive the item or items, provided they are in their original condition* and have not been damaged in anyway.

Please contact us on enquiries@schmoomin.com first with "Item(s) Return" in the subject area before posting the item or items back to us. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt. Please note that you are responsible for the return postage and are also responsible if the package gets lost before it reaches us. Hence we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the items.

Sale items can not be returned.
